A large private aged care organization, engaged Results Care Group to improve productivity through aligning facility business unit interdependencies and expectations.
The Need
Mapping the admission sales process identified the interdependencies between admissions and the facility’s other service units, and the lack of understanding and communication between the facility business units of the productivity impact of these interdependencies.
The Solution
Results Care Group conducted a collaborative pilot program to develop service level delivery expectations between the facility business units and establish a daily forum where the facility business units can update each other on what is happening within their unit that may impact the other units.
Outcome
The facilities saw a significant improvement in cooperation between the business units resulting in an improvement in productivity and morale.
