Results Care Group was engaged by a large Victorian based aged care organization to establish marketing and admission sales functions, capability and capacity to support its business goals of profitable growth, in the face of increasing competition in the Residential Aged Care market.

The organization required a structured marketing function and a consistent admission sales organization, system and process for each facility, which delivered operational excellence, with the brand representing high quality care and ease of doing business.

Results Care Group collaboratively undertook analysis of the existing situation, gained input from all relevant stakeholders, including the business’ financial objectives, in developing an operational marketing and sales plan.
